TERMS OF SERVICE – The Mr. Chouhan Podcast

1. Acceptance of Terms – What You Agree To

By accessing our website, registering for an account, purchasing tickets, adding money to your wallet, attending events (online or offline), appearing as a guest, listening to our podcast, or using any of our services, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility – Who Can Use Our Services

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws (usually 18 years or older, or with parental/guardian consent where allowed).

By using our services, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Use of Services – What You Can and Cannot Do

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others or interfere with our platform.

You shall not:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for keeping your information up to date
• We may suspend or terminate your access if we find inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information

5. Tickets, Events & Registrations – Important Details

• Event registrations and ticket purchases are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to deny admission if you violate event policies (e.g., disruptive behaviour)
• Event schedules, speakers, guests, venues, and programs may change without prior notice if necessary (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.

6. Payments – How You Pay

All payments must be completed through our approved payment methods (UPI, card, net banking, bank transfer, or wallet).

Payment processing may be handled by third‑party providers (like Razorpay). You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

We do not store your full card or UPI details – see our Privacy Policy for more.

7. Refunds – When You Get Money Back

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Rules (Section 9 of our Wallet & Payment Policy).

• Tickets and digital books: refunds go to your wallet.
• Sponsorships, guest fees, physical books: refunds go to original payment method.
• No refund after service delivery, except for damaged physical products (replacement or refund as per policy).

Approval of any refund is subject to the conditions in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property – Our Content Belongs to Us

All content available through our platform – including but not limited to:

• Logos, branding, graphics, website design
• Audio and video recordings
• Articles, images, text
• Podcast episodes, clips, trailers

is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. User Content – What You Submit Stays Your Responsibility

You remain responsible for any content you submit, upload, or provide to us (e.g., comments, feedback, guest bio, photos).

By submitting content, you grant us a non‑exclusive right to use, display, reproduce, publish, and distribute that content for operational, promotional, or related purposes (e.g., using your quote in a social media post).

10. Media Consent – Recording & Public Appearance

By participating in events, recordings, interviews, podcasts, or public activities, you acknowledge that your audio, video, or photograph may be captured.

Such materials may be used for:

• Publication (episodes, clips)
• Promotion (ads, social media)
• Marketing and archival purposes

If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform us before the event or recording. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, but it may not always be possible (see Privacy Policy section 4 for details).

11. Prohibited Conduct – What Will Get You in Trouble

You shall not engage in any of the following:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing others (guests, audience, staff)
• Posting defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content

• Using our services for illegal purposes
• Circumventing our security measures (e.g., trying to hack the wallet system)

12. Suspension & Termination – We May Block Access

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access without prior notice in cases such as:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Detection of fraudulent or abusive activity (e.g., fake chargebacks)
• Security concerns (e.g., compromised account)
• Legal obligations (e.g., court order)

If your account is terminated for violation, you may lose access to your wallet balance (subject to applicable law and our discretion).

13. Disclaimer of Warranties – No Guarantees

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted or error‑free
• The content is accurate, reliable, or suitable for your specific purpose
• Any errors will be corrected

You use our services at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability – What We Are Not Responsible For

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Mr. Chouhan Podcast, its organisers, owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 6 months or ₹1,000 (whichever is less), except where prohibited by law.

This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh.

For disputes related to wallet, refunds, or payments, the dispute resolution process in Section 10 of our Wallet Policy (mediation and arbitration in Mandsaur) will apply.
