Complete Podcast Policies

1. Guest Participation Policy

All guests participate voluntarily and without any form of coercion, payment, or compensation unless a separate written agreement exists. By joining the podcast, guests agree that their audio, video, images, statements, stories, and likeness may be recorded, edited, shortened, repurposed into clips or quotes, published, and promoted across all podcast platforms, websites, social media channels, newsletters, and future marketing materials including trailers, advertisements, or paid promotions. Guests are responsible for avoiding disclosure of personal, confidential, financial, legal, or sensitive information. Guests under 18 years of age must provide written parental or legal guardian consent before participating. Guests may request a review of the edited episode before publication within a reasonable time frame, and the podcast team will consider such requests but is not obligated to accept all edits. Guests may withdraw their consent in writing before the episode is published; however, once published, removal from all third-party platforms cannot be guaranteed, though reasonable efforts will be made.

2. Content & Editorial Policy

The Comeback Man Podcast aims to share authentic experiences, life lessons, personal growth journeys, entrepreneurship insights, career stories, failures, success stories, and inspiring conversations that help listeners learn and grow. The podcast reserves the right to edit, shorten, postpone, or decline publication of any content that does not align with its values, platform standards, or mission. This includes, but is not limited to, episodes that contain false information, hateful remarks, excessive profanity, undisclosed promotional material, or any content that may harm the reputation of the podcast or its community. The podcast may accept sponsorships, brand deals, advertisements, or paid partnerships. However, no guest shall be entitled to any share, percentage, or compensation from such sponsorship or brand deal revenues, unless a separate written agreement is signed between the guest and the podcast host prior to recording. The podcast also reserves the right to remove previously published episodes or segments if they are later found to violate these standards. All final editorial decisions rest solely with The Comeback Man Podcast team.

3. Code of Conduct

All guests, participants, co-hosts, and any individual involved in the podcast production are expected to communicate respectfully, professionally, and in good faith at all times – during recording, pre-show interactions, post-show discussions, promotional activities, and on social media related to the podcast.

Prohibited Conduct (strictly not allowed):

• Hate Speech & Discrimination: Any remarks, jokes, or slurs based on race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, caste, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Harassment & Bullying: Name-calling, personal attacks, intimidation, mocking, shouting, interrupting repeatedly with intent to harm, or any behavior that creates a hostile environment.
• Defamation & Slander: Making false statements that harm the reputation of any individual, organization, or brand – either on or off the record.
• Threats & Violence: Any direct or indirect threat of physical harm, violence, self-harm, or aggressive behavior including gestures, raised voices, or threatening language.
• Illegal Activities: Promoting, encouraging, or glorifying any act that is illegal under applicable laws (including drug use, fraud, theft, hacking, violence, or hate crimes).
• Misleading or Harmful Information: Spreading false information, conspiracy theories, dangerous medical advice, or any content that could cause harm to listeners' health, safety, or finances.
• Discriminatory or Degrading Remarks: Any comment that belittles, mocks, or excludes individuals or groups based on their personal characteristics, beliefs, or circumstances.

Consequences of Violation:

If any participant violates this Code of Conduct, The Comeback Man Podcast team reserves the right to take immediate action, including but not limited to:

• Stopping or canceling the recording session
• Removing the violating portions from the final episode (editing)
• Refusing to publish the episode entirely
• Removing the guest's name or segments from published content
• Banning the guest or participant from future episodes (temporary or permanent)
• Publicly or privately addressing the violation as deemed appropriate

The Comeback Man Podcast is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all guests, listeners, and team members. Zero tolerance will be applied to serious violations such as threats, hate speech, or illegal conduct.

All final decisions regarding conduct and violations rest solely with The Comeback Man Podcast team.

4. Privacy Policy

The Comeback Man Podcast respects the privacy of all guests, participants, and listeners. Any personal information shared by guests during the recording, pre-show communication, or post-show interaction will be handled responsibly and used solely for podcast-related purposes such as scheduling, episode production, promotion, and communication. Guests are strongly advised to avoid disclosing any confidential, private, financial, legal, medical, or sensitive information that could affect themselves, their family, their business, or any other person or organization. This includes but is not limited to: home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses (unless public), bank account details, passwords, tax information, trade secrets, unreleased business plans, client lists, legal case details, or any information protected under non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

The podcast team will not ask for sensitive personal information such as passwords, financial logins, or legal case documents. If such information is voluntarily shared by the guest, the podcast shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from that disclosure.

Data Collection & Use:

• Guest names, contact details, and basic biographical information may be collected for scheduling and episode coordination.
• Audio, video, and images are covered under the Media Release Policy and Guest Participation Policy.
• Guest information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketers or advertisers without explicit written consent.

Data Retention & Deletion:

Guest contact information may be retained for future episode opportunities or follow-up communication. If a guest wishes to have their personal data (excluding published episode content) deleted from podcast records, they may submit a written request, and reasonable efforts will be made to honor it within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability:

The Comeback Man Podcast and Mr. Chouhan are not responsible for any harm, loss, or legal consequence resulting from a guest voluntarily disclosing their own confidential or sensitive information during the recording or any related interaction.

5. Media Release Policy

By participating in The Comeback Man Podcast, guests grant the podcast team and its partners a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to record, use, reproduce, distribute, and display the following materials for educational, promotional, marketing, and archival purposes:

• Audio recordings (full episodes or segments)
• Video recordings (including live streams and recorded video calls)
• Photographs taken during or related to the recording session
• Screenshots from video recordings
• Promotional clips (short form videos, reels, shorts, teasers)
• Quotes, highlights, key takeaways, and statements made by the guest

These materials may be published, repurposed, edited, translated, or combined with other content, and distributed across all platforms including but not limited to: podcast apps (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music), YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, the podcast website, newsletters, email campaigns, paid advertisements, and future marketing or educational products.

Guests agree that no separate compensation, payment, or royalty will be provided for the use of these materials, unless a separate written agreement is signed prior to recording. Guests may request a copy of any published materials featuring them, and the podcast team will make reasonable efforts to provide access.

If a guest wishes to revoke this permission for future use of newly created materials, they must provide written notice before recording any new episode. For already published episodes, this permission cannot be fully revoked due to third‑party distribution, but the podcast will make reasonable efforts to remove content from its own direct channels upon written request.

6. Intellectual Property Policy

All intellectual property associated with The Comeback Man Podcast, including but not limited to podcast name, branding, logos, graphics, artwork, website content, episode titles, show notes, episode designs, intro/outro music, social media templates, and any published materials (edited or unedited), shall remain the sole and exclusive property of The Comeback Man Podcast unless otherwise agreed in writing by the podcast host prior to publication.

What belongs to the podcast:

• Podcast name: "The Comeback Man Podcast"
• Logo, colors, fonts, and visual identity
• Episode artwork, thumbnails, and cover images
• Website copy, layout, and design elements
• Custom intro/outro audio or video clips
• Any derivative works created by the podcast team (e.g., edited clips, compiled highlight reels, branded promotional graphics)

What belongs to the guest:

• The guest's own name, image, personal brand, business name, trademarks, and original content created independently of the podcast remains the property of the guest or their respective owners.

Restrictions:

Guests, participants, and third parties are not permitted to use the podcast's intellectual property (logo, branding, episode artwork, etc.) for commercial or public purposes without prior written consent from The Comeback Man Podcast. Personal sharing of episode links or embedded players on social media is allowed as long as no branding is altered or misrepresented.Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the podcast's intellectual property may result in legal action or removal of the guest's episode from all platforms.

7. Sponsorship & Promotion Policy

The Comeback Man Podcast may feature sponsored content, brand partnerships, advertisements, or promotional activities. All such collaborations must align with the values, mission, and audience trust of the podcast.

Podcast Rights:

• The podcast reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any sponsorship, ad deal, or partnership at any time without providing prior notice to guests.
• Any sponsorship that may harm the podcast's reputation, mislead listeners, or contradict its core values (authenticity, growth, positive impact) will be declined.
• The podcast team decides which sponsors to work with and how sponsored content is presented.

Guest Restrictions:

• Guests are not permitted to bring their own sponsors, announce their own paid promotions, or promote any third-party brand on the episode without prior written approval from the podcast host.
• Guests may talk about their own business, products, or services as part of their story, but this is not considered paid sponsorship.
• If a guest promotes an unapproved brand or makes an undisclosed paid endorsement during recording, the podcast reserves the right to edit out that portion or cancel the episode's publication.

No Revenue Share for Guests:

The Comeback Man Podcast retains 100% of all sponsorship, advertising, and brand deal revenue. No guest is entitled to any share, commission, or payment from such revenue, unless a separate written agreement is signed before recording. Appearing on the podcast does not create any financial partnership.

Disclosure Requirement:

Any sponsored segment will be clearly disclosed to listeners (e.g., "This episode is brought to you by...") as required by applicable laws and platform policies. Guests will not be asked to falsely endorse any product.

8. Accuracy & Disclaimer Policy

The Comeback Man Podcast provides content for educational, informational, and inspirational purposes only. No content on this podcast, website, or related materials should be considered as professional advice (legal, financial, medical, psychological, or otherwise).

Guest Opinions:

All opinions, statements, views, and beliefs expressed by guests, participants, or co-hosts are solely their own. They do not necessarily reflect the views, opinions, or positions of The Comeback Man Podcast, Mr. Chouhan, or any affiliated partners. The podcast does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any guest statements.

No Liability:

The Comeback Man Podcast, Mr. Chouhan, its team members, partners, and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any decisions, actions, losses, damages, injuries, or consequences arising directly or indirectly from listening to the podcast, reading show notes, or following any information shared during episodes.

Listeners' Responsibility:

Listeners are strongly encouraged to conduct their own research, consult qualified professionals (lawyers, doctors, financial advisors, etc.), and use their own judgment before making any personal, business, financial, health, or legal decision based on podcast content.

Accuracy Not Guaranteed:

While efforts are made to ensure factual accuracy, the podcast does not guarantee that all information is error‑free, up‑to‑date, or complete. Stories, examples, and case studies may be simplified or summarized for clarity.

No Professional Relationship:

9. Recording & Publication Policy

Recording an episode with The Comeback Man Podcast does not guarantee that the episode will be published. The podcast team retains full editorial control over all recorded content.

The podcast team may, at its sole discretion:

• Edit content – Trim, rearrange, remove sections, add effects, or modify the recording for quality, clarity, length, or compliance with policies.
• Delay publication – Postpone the release of an episode for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, content review, or strategic timing.
• Cancel publication – Permanently choose not to release an episode, even after recording has been completed. No explanation is required, but reasonable efforts will be made to inform the guest.
• Remove previously published content – Take down or unpublish any episode, clip, or related material from any platform at any time, without prior notice, if deemed necessary for legal, ethical, reputational, or business reasons.

Guest Notification:

If an episode is cancelled or removed after publication, the podcast will make reasonable efforts to notify the guest, but is not obligated to provide detailed reasoning.

No Compensation for Non-Publication:

Guests acknowledge that no compensation, payment, or reimbursement of any kind will be provided if an episode is edited, delayed, cancelled, or removed after publication.

Archival Rights:

Even if an episode is removed from public platforms, the podcast retains the right to keep an archived copy for internal, legal, or administrative purposes.

No Guarantee of Promotion:

Recording an episode does not guarantee that the podcast will promote it through social media, newsletters, or any other channel. Promotion decisions are made by the podcast team.

10. Community Policy

The Comeback Man Podcast is proud to build a positive, supportive, and respectful community around its content. All community members – including listeners, guests, social media followers, commenters, and team members – are expected to uphold the following core values:

• Respect – Treat everyone with dignity, regardless of their background, opinions, or experiences.
• Learning – Be open to new ideas, different perspectives, and constructive feedback.
• Growth – Encourage personal and professional development in yourself and others.
• Inspiration – Share stories and messages that uplift and motivate.
• Positive Discussion – Engage in healthy, thoughtful conversations without attacking or belittling others.

Prohibited Community Behavior:

The following behaviors are strictly not allowed within any podcast-related space (comments, live chats, social media, emails, or events):

• Personal attacks, name-calling, or trolling
• Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or offensive language
• Spam, self-promotion without permission, or irrelevant links
• Spreading false information about the podcast, guests, or team
• Harassment (including direct messages, repeated negative comments, or stalking)
• Threatening or encouraging violence toward anyone

Consequences of Violation:

Any individual who engages in abusive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior toward guests, listeners, team members, or the podcast host (Mr. Chouhan) may face action including, but not limited to:

• Warning (verbal or written)
• Removal of comments or posts
• Blocking from social media channels
• Banning from future podcast participation (for guests or potential guests)
• Reporting to relevant platforms or authorities if behavior is illegal or threatening

Guest-Specific Rule:

Any guest who violates this Community Policy – either during recording, on social media, or in any interaction related to the podcast – may be permanently removed from future participation. The podcast also reserves the right to remove or unpublished any previously recorded episode featuring that guest if the violation is severe.

Reporting Violations:

If you witness or experience any violation of this Community Policy, please contact The Comeback Man Podcast team directly via official channels. All reports will be taken seriously and handled confidentially.The Comeback Man Podcast is committed to keeping this community safe, welcoming, and inspiring for everyone.

11. Copyright Policy

The Comeback Man Podcast respects intellectual property rights and expects all guests to do the same.

Guest Obligations:

Guests must only share, display, or reference content that they either:

• Own the full rights to, or
• Have obtained explicit written permission from the copyright holder to use on the podcast.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Music, songs, or audio clips (including background music)
• Images, photographs, artwork, or graphics
• Documents, PDFs, slides, or written materials
• Video clips, film excerpts, or animations
• Trademarks, logos, or brand names belonging to third parties
• Quotes or excerpts from copyrighted books, articles, or websites beyond fair use limits

Guest Liability:

If a guest uses copyrighted material without proper authorization, the guest assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any claims, damages, fines, or legal actions arising from such use. The Comeback Man Podcast and Mr. Chouhan shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement committed by a guest.

Podcast Rights:

The podcast team reserves the right to:

• Remove, mute, blur, or edit out any content that raises copyright concerns
• Delay or cancel publication of an episode until copyright issues are resolved
• Remove or unpublish previously released episodes if a valid copyright complaint is received
• Require guests to provide written proof of permission for any third-party material used

Reporting Copyright Concerns:

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on The Comeback Man Podcast without authorization, please contact the podcast team with the following information:

• Your contact information
• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the material on the podcast (episode title, timestamp, platform)
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

The podcast will respond promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing the disputed content.

12. Guest Cancellation Policy

The Comeback Man Podcast understands that scheduling conflicts or emergencies can arise. Guests may request to reschedule their recording appointment when needed, provided they communicate in a timely manner.

Rescheduling:

• Guests should notify the podcast team at least 24 hours before the scheduled recording time if they wish to reschedule.
• A reasonable number of rescheduling requests (up to 2) will be accommodated without penalty.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the recording may be treated as a late cancellation (see below).

No-Shows (Failure to Attend):

A "no-show" occurs when a guest does not join the recording session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior communication. A no-show will be recorded as a missed session.

Last-Minute Cancellations:

A last-minute cancellation is defined as cancelling less than 4 hours before the scheduled recording time, or cancelling after the recording link has been sent and confirmed.

Consequences of Repeated Issues:

• First instance (no-show or last-minute cancellation): A polite reminder of this policy will be sent. The guest will be given one additional opportunity to reschedule.
• Second instance: The guest may be placed on a probationary status. Future participation will require a confirmed non-refundable deposit (if applicable) or pre-recording confirmation within 1 hour of the scheduled time.
• Third instance: The guest may be permanently banned from future participation on The Comeback Man Podcast.

Emergencies & Exceptions:

Genuine emergencies (medical, family, legal, or natural disasters) will be handled with understanding and flexibility. Guests should provide as much notice as possible and may be asked to provide basic documentation (e.g., doctor's note) at the podcast's discretion. No penalty will apply for verified emergencies.

No-Show Without Any Communication:

If a guest fails to show up without any prior communication (email, message, or call) and does not respond within 24 hours after the missed session, the guest may be immediately disqualified from future participation without any further notice.

Podcast Team’s Right to Cancel:

The podcast team also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a recording at any time due to technical issues, host unavailability, or other operational reasons. In such cases, no penalty applies to the guest, and every effort will be made to find a new mutually convenient time.

13. AI & Digital Content Policy

The Comeback Man Podcast may use modern digital tools, including artificial intelligence (AI) assisted software, to repurpose, enhance, or distribute podcast content. The goal is to increase accessibility, reach, and value of each conversation while preserving the original meaning and intent of the guest's statements.

Permitted AI & Digital Uses:

The podcast team may use AI and digital tools for the following purposes:

• Subtitles & Captions – Automatically generating subtitles for videos to improve accessibility for hearing-impaired and non-native audiences.
• Summaries & Show Notes – Creating concise summaries, timestamps, bullet-point highlights, or key takeaways from the conversation.
• Translations – Translating episode titles, descriptions, or subtitles into other languages to reach a global audience.
• Short-Form Clips – Extracting short video or audio clips (reels, shorts, TikToks) for promotional use on social media.
• Audio Enhancement – Removing background noise, balancing audio levels, or improving sound quality using AI tools.
• Transcripts – Generating written transcripts of episodes for accessibility and SEO purposes.
• Quotes & Highlights – Identifying and extracting impactful quotes or moments for social media graphics or promotional materials.

Limitations & Safeguards:

• Original meaning preserved – The podcast team will take reasonable care to ensure that AI-assisted editing or repurposing does not distort, misrepresent, or alter the original meaning or context of the guest's statements.
• No deepfakes or voice cloning – The podcast will not use AI to create deepfakes, clone the guest's voice for new synthetic speech, or generate content that falsely attributes statements to the guest that were never made.
• No standalone AI-generated episodes – AI tools will not be used to create complete episodes without human oversight. A human editor will review all AI-generated content before publication.
• No misleading edits – AI will not be used to create clips that intentionally take statements out of context to mislead or harm the guest's reputation.

Guest Consent:

By participating in The Comeback Man Podcast, guests consent to the use of AI and digital tools as described in this policy. If a guest has specific concerns about AI repurposing (e.g., translation into a particular language or use of their clips in certain formats), they may discuss these concerns with the podcast team before recording. Reasonable accommodations will be considered but are not guaranteed.

Third-Party AI Platforms:

The podcast may use third-party AI services (such as transcription or translation APIs). These services may have their own data handling policies. The podcast will choose reputable providers but cannot fully control how third-party platforms process data. Guests who are concerned about third-party AI processing may request that their episode not be processed by certain tools, and the podcast will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.

Removal of AI-Generated Content:

If a guest believes that AI-generated content (e.g., a translated clip or summary) misrepresents their statements, they may request a review. The podcast will evaluate the request and, if necessary, remove or modify the content within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Legal Jurisdiction & Governing Law Clause

These policies, along with any agreements between The Comeback Man Podcast and its guests, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these policies, guest participation, podcast content, recording, publication, promotion, or any related matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, India. Both parties (the podcast and the guest) agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith discussions. If no resolution is reached within 30 days of the initial dispute notice, legal action may be initiated only in the aforementioned courts. The Comeback Man Podcast reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or brand. This clause shall survive any termination or expiration of the guest's participation.

15. Guest Consent Confirmation & Acknowledgment Clause

By agreeing to appear as a guest on The Comeback Man Podcast (hosted by Mr. Chouhan), the guest hereby expressly confirms, acknowledges, and consents to the following:

1. Reading & Understanding: They have read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to all policies outlined above (Points 1 through 14), including but not limited to the Guest Participation Policy, Content & Editorial Policy, Code of Conduct, Privacy Policy, Media Release Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, Sponsorship & Promotion Policy, Accuracy & Disclaimer, Recording & Publication Policy, Community Policy, Copyright Policy, Guest Cancellation Policy, AI & Digital Content Policy, and Legal Jurisdiction Clause.
2. Age & Capacity: They are at least 18 years of age, or if under 18, they have obtained verifiable written consent from a parent or legal guardian, a copy of which has been provided to the podcast team before recording.
3. Voluntary Participation: They are participating freely, without any coercion, duress, undue influence, false pretenses, or expectation of payment or compensation, unless a separate written agreement signed by both parties exists.
4. No Withholding of Material Information: They have not withheld any information that could reasonably affect the podcast's editorial decisions regarding publication, editing, promotion, or removal of the episode.
5. No Compensation or Revenue Share: They acknowledge that no monetary payment, gift, royalty, commission, sponsorship share, brand deal share, or any other form of compensation shall be provided for their participation or for the podcast's use of their recorded audio, video, images, statements, or likeness as described in these policies. Any exceptions must be in a separate written contract signed before recording.
6. Full Media Release: They grant The Comeback Man Podcast, its host Mr. Chouhan, team members, and authorized partners a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable (subject to specific policy exceptions) license to record, edit, modify, shorten, translate, repurpose, publish, distribute, display, promote, and archive their appearance, voice, image, statements, and any related content across all current and future platforms, including but not limited to podcast apps, websites, social media channels, newsletters, advertisements, courses, and marketing materials.
7. Understanding of Irrevocability: They understand that once the episode is published, this consent cannot be fully revoked due to third-party distribution, although the podcast will make reasonable efforts to honor takedown requests from its direct channels as outlined in the Privacy and Copyright Policies.
8. Waiver of Moral Rights (to the extent permitted by law): They waive any claims regarding editing, clipping, or repurposing that does not materially misrepresent their original statements, as long as the podcast team acts in good faith.
9. Acknowledgment of Liability & Disclaimer: They agree that the podcast is not liable for any decisions listeners make based on the episode, and that their opinions are their own.
10. Consent Recording: The podcast may record the guest's verbal acknowledgment of this consent at the beginning of the interview. Alternatively, the podcast may request a signed digital or physical copy of this consent form prior to recording.This Guest Consent Confirmation Clause shall be effective upon the guest's agreement, whether given verbally on recording, in writing (including email or digital signature), or by participating in the recording session after being provided access to these policies.
